Home is Where the Honey Is

Honey. Its a sweet, slow moving substance used to make teas less tart, cereal less bland, coffee more flavorful. Its made by bees, too. Bees. Insects with warning stripes and a venomous stinger. How completly opposite type things. One is sweet, and one is, well, not.

It is spring break, and I am finally home. And being home is wonderful. But getting here with all the exams, term papers, late nights, red bull chugs, stresses, frustration, and confusion was not exactly pleasant.

So, what I'm getting at is that is it my understanding that anything that is purely good seems even sweeter after all the stings of what isn't. I love being home because home is where the honey is.

Bzzzzz. (Ha! Sorry, couldn't help myself!)
